Hygiene kits and Education Supplies Distribution at Satbaria Shah Amanat (Rh.) Orphanage
Dayemi Foundation is committed to improving the lives of vulnerable communities, and we believe that access to essential hygiene and educational supplies is crucial for overall well-being. To support the beneficiaries of our Satbaria Project, on September 26,2024 we organized a distribution initiative to provide these vital resources among the residents of Satbaria Shah Amanat (Rh.) Orphanage at Chandanaish Upazilla of Chattogram district.
The distribution ceremony was graced by the presence of Mr. Russell Chowdhury, the Upazilla Social Service Officer, as the chief guest. His presence underscored the importance of this initiative and the government’s commitment to supporting vulnerable communities.
The distributed hygiene items included:
- Body soap
- Laundry soap
- Toothpaste
- Toothbrushes
These essential items are crucial for maintaining good hygiene and preventing the spread of diseases.
To support the educational needs of the orphanage residents, we provided:
- Notebooks
- Pens
- Scales
These supplies are essential for students to attend classes, complete their assignments, and pursue their education. These supplies not only alleviate the financial burden on their families but also empower students to focus on their learning without worrying about basic necessities. By ensuring they have the right tools, we are helping to create an environment where every student has an equal opportunity to succeed academically.
This initiative has had a significant impact on the community. This provision of hygiene and educational supplies will lead to
- Improved Health: Promoted good hygiene practices to prevent the spread of diseases.
- Enhanced Education: Empowered students to pursue their studies and achieve their goals.
- Empowered Community: Provided essential resources to improve the lives of vulnerable individuals.
We are grateful for the support we have received from our donors and partners, which has made this initiative possible.
